Star notes from the second Philadelphia run have been seen with far higher serial numbers than the BEP reported printing, as high as the C0478..* range. Also, multiple full straps of stars from this run have been seen, though the BEP reported the run as replacement sheets. At this point, observations are too spotty to even guess at the correct high serial for this run. Reports of additional serials would be appreciated.
