The highlighted ranges were printed but, for unknown reasons, not released. The BEP prepared printing plates for this series with the Rosecrans-Nebeker, Tillman-Morgan, and Bruce-Roberts signatures, but since no notes were ever actually issued, it is unknown whether notes with all three signature combinations were actually printed.
